Shock resistant - I hit it periodically and it did not make any blems. Analog display allows me to see time immediately, that's why I love analog watches. Battery has been running for 3 years already.

I'm very satisfied with the purchase; however, I've noticed that it gets ahead of time one second per week, comparing it to [...]. So I would not rate it excellent for its precision.
On the other hand, I'm not a watch expert, so don't know if one second per week is fine.
